Conditions of carriage
These conditions apply to tickets bought on the SwissoTravel website. The trip itself is operated by the carrier named on the ticket, under its own conditions of carriage.
1. Booking
A booking is made when you fill in the passenger details and receive an order number. The ticket is issued after the payment is confirmed; until then the seat is held for you.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro per passenger and include the services ticked at checkout. Pay by the method shown on the payment page and include the payment reference.
3. Tickets
The ticket with its QR code is available on the order page, in your account and by e-mail. Show it at boarding together with the document named in the booking.
4. Changes and refunds
Changes and refunds follow the carrier's rules for the fare. Contact us with your order number — we handle the request with the carrier.
5. Baggage
The baggage included is shown on the ticket. Extra baggage and special items depend on the carrier.
